Position Overview
Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™ that empowers organizations to control their AI talent, processes, and technologies. We provide no-, low-, and full-code capabilities that allow teams to build with AI using their existing skills. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team as an individual contributor in response to business expansion. In this role, you’ll engage enterprise customers across diverse industries, manage the entire sales cycle within your territory, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform, DSS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across various industries.
- Engage enterprise customers about their data and advanced analytics initiatives while leveraging the Dataiku platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, product management, and sales engineering.
- Showcase and articulate the business value of Dataiku’s platform, DSS.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
- Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and a consultative approach.
- Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Ability to develop vision alignment with prospects and cultivate champions across different groups.
- Good articulation of competitive positioning.
- Comfortable traveling 30% to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data areas such as big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, and data integration.
- Early start-up experience is a plus!
Compensation and Benefits
- The final compensation package will be determined during the interview process, based on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may also receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku’s incentive compensation program.

- US only national base pay ranges: $150,000 - $160,000 USD.
