Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Events Coordinator based in Addison, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event planning, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement and lead generation. You will collaborate with various teams including advisors, business development, operations, and creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal event coordination across multiple teams, including advisors, business development, operations, and creative.
  • Assist with end-to-end event logistics such as venue research, vendor negotiations, contracts, catering, materials production, and day-of execution.
  • Maintain organized records of event plans, budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce event materials such as signage, presentations, handouts, and promotional assets.
  • Occasionally support onsite execution, including setup, run-of-show management, and attendee support.
  • Assist with scheduling and deployment of marketing campaigns tied to events, lead generation, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Support campaign coordination by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track performance metrics across events, including attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor event success and campaign results, providing insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communication alignment, timely approvals, and signoffs for event and marketing projects.
  • Work proactively to identify risks, flag delays, and escalate decisions to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work onsite at events, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
