Mid All-Source (OSINT) Analyst

Position Overview

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source (OSINT) Analyst to support military operations OCONUS. This role involves leveraging intelligence analysis skills to support DoD and equivalent government agencies. Required Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree OR four years of direct relevant intelligence analysis experience
• Experience: At least four years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies (e.g., MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A; USMC - 0204, 0210, 0211; 0231 Intelligence Specialist; USAF - 1N7X1/1N4X1)
• Clearance: TS/SCI PLUS
• Special Skills:
  • Proficient with standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation tools
  • Capable of effectively using social media platforms
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Able to operate effectively as a remote team member in support of CJOA requirements
  • Effective briefing skills to clearly articulate information
  • Language Enabled: Arabic and/or Russian (proven ability to listen, read, write, and translate at ILR level 2/2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in CT, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI, or military analysis
• Completed OS301 Basic OSINT Course
• Completed OS302 OSINT Analytic Tools Course
• Completed EAG - Basic Social Media Analysis Course
• Completed EAG - Advanced Social Media Analysis Course
• Language Enabled: Farsi (proven ability to listen, read, write, and translate at ILR level 2/2)
