Job Description

Position Overview

Rothe Development, Inc. (RDI) is seeking a Risk/Vulnerability Analyst III to join our security control assessment, vulnerability assessment, software assurance, and risk assessment teams supporting our Nation’s ballistic missile defense program. In this role, you will perform research, analysis, and data gathering while conducting threat, vulnerability, and capability maturity assessments. You will apply critical thinking, perform gap analyses, and develop implementation plans to enhance cybersecurity in large, complex defense systems.

Location: On-site at Colorado Springs (Schriever SFB).

Clearance: Secret clearance is required.

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform research, analysis, and data gathering while conducting threat, vulnerability, and capability maturity assessments.
  • Apply critical thinking, conduct gap analyses, and develop implementation plans to improve cybersecurity.
  • Lead data collection and analysis to support threat, vulnerability, risk, and maturity assessments.
  • Execute Cybersecurity Vulnerability, Software Assurance, Risk, and Posture Baseline Assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Security clearance requirement up to TS/SCI and/or Secret clearance as applicable.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and execute comprehensive cybersecurity assessments.
  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III requirements.
