Position Overview
Senior Analyst, Product Marketingat Mastercard – a leading technology company transforming the world of payments and beyond. You will help drive compelling B2B marketing strategies across digital payments, healthcare solutions, fraud services, and more, working closely with Product, Account Management, and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Support management in executing and launching B2B campaigns by developing content, creative assets, managing production, tracking, and campaign management.
- Assist in launching new products and use cases by driving awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Events, B2B Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with creative and experiential agencies while supporting narrative refreshes and messaging.
- Support development of new card propositions and oversee budget management, including agency SOW process and reporting with Finance.
- Execute CRM strategies and digital marketing tactics across channels such as LinkedIn, search, trade publications, webcasts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal Media, Analytics, and other marketing teams for integrated project management and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, Product, and/or Performance Marketing.
- Strong balance of creative and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with a high willingness to learn, enthusiastic, and with a keen sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and able to work in a matrixed environment.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities.
- Experience in strategic planning, including product go-to-market, channel marketing, and B2B marketing.
- Data-driven decision making with strong research and insights skills.
- Experience in events management and execution.
- Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation Details
In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate in the US will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions.Pay Ranges– Purchase, New York: $98,000 - $156,000 USD.
