Warehouse Associate - Full Time

Position Overview

Blue Streak Couriers is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Jacksonville, Florida 32218. The role involves receiving packages from a conveyor belt, scanning them accurately, and sorting them to the correct locations at a major customer site. With a full-time Monday through Friday schedule (10:30 AM to approximately 9:30 PM), this role demands professionalism, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive packages from the conveyor belt and scan each item using provided equipment.
• Sort packages to designated locations in a timely and organized manner.
• Inspect packages for damage, irregularities, or mislabels and report any issues immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and customer staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Follow all Blue Streak and customer policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times while on a customer site.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to the work site in Jacksonville.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic with a friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or package-handling experience.
