Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in making Red Bull #1 in their region. The FMS acts as the face of Red Bull in their local market in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. They are responsible for gathering key local insights by building strong networks with specific communities and playgrounds, including key local creators. They give input to create and implement innovative marketing initiatives that address local needs across the four pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications) while leveraging both On Premise and Off Premise strategies. Based in the field, the FMS manages a local team of Student Marketeers and brings the World of Red Bull to life on campus and in the market, reaching new entry point consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Marketing Manager in driving Red Bull’s market leadership in the region.
- Act as the face of Red Bull in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and national strategies.
- Gather key local insights by building strong networks with specific communities and key local creators.
- Provide input to create and implement innovative marketing initiatives across the four pillars of the marketing mix.
- Manage a local team of Student Marketeers, bringing the World of Red Bull to life on campus and in the market.
