Position Overview
NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. This position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in account management and customer service. No college degree is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communication – Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Account Coordination – Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and keeping client information up to date.
- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure a positive client experience.
- Reporting – Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to meet client needs.
- Client Onboarding – Assist in onboarding new clients by providing them with the necessary resources and information.
- Feedback Collection – Gather and relay client feedback to help improve services.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to meet client needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proven interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
- Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps.
