Intern, IT Computer Science

Position Overview

As an Intern, IT Computer Science, you will be part of our Information Technology team within the Corporate Group, working onsite in East Aurora, NY as part of the full-time summer 2025 block internship. Reporting to the Administrator, IT Early Career Prog, this role offers a hybrid work schedule in Buffalo, NY and promises deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and an excellent quality of life both on and off work.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key information technology tasks at Moog.
• Provide technical support for Moog’s business departments.
• Engage in tasks that may include coding/programming, artificial intelligence, data visualization, operational technology, content automation, and/or business technology communications.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
• Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, UI/UX Design, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related Bachelor's/Master's degree program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (specific GPA requirements may be provided by the department).
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Possess a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation

For Buffalo, NY, the hourly rate is $22.50–$28.00. This base salary range is an integral part of Moog's total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, an employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and various region-specific benefits.
