Job Description

Position Overview

At Ally Behavior, as an Autism Specialist you will provide 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to early learners with autism in a collaborative, center‐based environment. Our mission is to help children develop communication, social, and academic skills while fostering a supportive and growth‐oriented team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
  • Collect and track client progress data using Central Reach on an iPad.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and report progress.
  • Assist the BCBA with family training and treatment plan updates.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and maintain open communication with families while upholding HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, early childhood education, or related field)
  • RBT Certification (or willingness to complete training within 90 days) and BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
  • Experience working with children, with preference given to those experienced with developmental delays or special needs
  • Ability to work from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to perform job duties: sitting, kneeling, crawling, running, squatting or standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills with a passion for supporting children with autism
  • Must pass federal and state background checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children who have developmental delays or special needs

  • Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 per year, full-time salaried position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and semi-monthly paycheck
