Job Description

Position Overview

Thomson Reuters’ Demand Generation Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative, integrated marketing campaigns across industry-leading products and channels. In the role of Director, Marketing Strategy Digital, you will set the strategic approach, plan, and prioritize performance for Thomson Reuters’ digital experiences across the Legal, Corporates, and TAAP segments. This independent contributor role drives modern digital experiences and e-commerce sales by collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The position reports directly to the SVP of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and identify key buyer journeys for e-commerce and create customer‑first campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Partner with digital and product marketing teams to research, define, segment, and target key buying personas for growth.
  • Assist with the creation, planning, and activation of innovative, omnichannel marketing strategies to drive ambitious e-commerce growth goals.
  • Provide direction on best‑in‑class landing pages and site experiences in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, UX/UI teams, and external agencies.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on campaign impact, web performance, and the marketing and sales pipeline velocity.
  • Continuously test and optimize digital journeys using robust A/B testing methodologies and agile approaches.
  • Influence cross‑functional teams and establish strong operating mechanisms to translate business goals into effective digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be based in and around Minneapolis, Dallas, Toronto CA, or New York.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, or digital demand generation.
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing frameworks, modern demand generation technologies, and full channel mix activation.
