Job Description

Position Overview

Mammoth Tech, a fast-paced and quickly growing company providing tech-savvy contact center and debt collections services for major brands, is seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative. This is aFull Remoteposition based in theUnited Stateswhere you will support our business processes and deliver exceptional customer service in a performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, or other channels as needed.
  • Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain real-time updates of inventory volume.
  • Create life-long customers by delivering creative, personal, and comprehensive service.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and promptly de-escalate dissatisfied customer situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members including supervisors and managers to optimize customer experience.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while consistently focusing on assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Clear and articulate telephone voice with minimal background noise.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and ability to maintain Mammoth Tech’s reputation with assigned clients.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role with strong customer service skills.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse (IPAD, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not allowed).
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
