Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, emails, and managing mail
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Prepare reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and conduct research
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle order entry and maintain filing systems

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
