Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure the office operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, emails, and managing mail
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Prepare reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and conduct research
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Handle order entry and maintain filing systems

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
