Adobe is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Digital Media Go-To-Market team. In this role you will partner globally with the Enterprise Sales team and leaders from Sales, Product, and Operations to drive growth through detailed financial oversight and strategic analysis. You’ll own forecasting and budgeting processes and enable data-driven decision making – a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on curiosity and problem-solving while making an impact.
Our Compensation package is competitive and varies by U.S. geographic market. For example, ranges span from approximately $134K to $214K annually (with non‐sales roles expressed as base salary plus an Annual Incentive Plan), and in Washington the pay range is $122,800 to $177,850. Specific details will be provided as part of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and re-forecasting to drive business performance.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to flag risks, opportunities, and derive strategic insights.
- Guide workforce and expense planning by monitoring trends and advising leadership.
- Assess the value of sales investments using efficiency frameworks to impact decisions.
- Optimize processes by automating reporting, standardizing practices, and scaling solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product Finance, and other teams to align on metrics and deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, GTM, or Sales Finance; experience in SaaS or digital media is preferred.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Effective communication skills, capable of distilling complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Advanced Excel expertise; familiarity with SFDC, TM1, or Anaplan; exposure to BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership, meticulous, and adept in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience); candidates with a CPA, MBA, or similar qualifications are preferred.
Compensation
- Our total compensation package includes a base salary plus incentives, reflecting the cost of labor across several U.S. markets.
- In general, the U.S. pay range is approximately $134K to $214K annually for non-sales roles, with adjustments based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
- For Washington-based roles, the range is $122,800 to $177,850 annually.
