Position Overview

Digital Marketing Intrapreneur at Crimson Cup CoffeeTea in Columbus, Ohio is a Full Time - Onsite Only opportunity where you will think like an entrepreneur within a dynamic SalesMarketing team. As part of the Intrapreneurial Institute, you’ll design and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, e-commerce, email marketing, and analytics while participating in weekly classes and workshops for leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives through keyword research, on-site optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the DTC website and retail marketplace partners including Amazon, Instacart, and Walmart Marketplace.
  • Direct social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement while managing both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Execute customer lifecycle marketing via email and SMS platforms to support product launches and promotions.
  • Utilize digital analytics and AI tools to track performance, deliver insights, and optimize campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing, preferably in Shopify B2B or B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Surfer SEO).
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with an ability to understand brand storytelling and digital consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • An intrapreneurial mindset focused on results, innovation, and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
