In the role of Healthcare Consulting Associate in HR Talent & Culture, you will work on varied projects, gain hands-on consulting and change management experience, and build critical leadership skills while mentoring junior staff.Position Level:Associate|Country:United States of America
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources subject matter and operations.
- Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices.
- Leverage critical thinking in data collection and complex analysis to identify data gaps and risks, developing sustainable recommendations.
- Summarize information effectively and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadership.
- Provide direct supervision of junior project team members through coaching, mentoring, leading teams, and performance management.
- Deliver tailored solutions that enhance impact and accessibility across healthcare services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three years of consulting, Human Resources, or healthcare HR operations experience.
- Understanding of Total Rewards programs and industry practices, includingcompensation, absence management, and benefits.
- Knowledge of Human Resources operating models and key business processes.
- Understanding of talent acquisition processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with interpreting labor law verbiage.
- Team leadership experience including building talent, training, supervising, mentoring, and performance management.
- Capability to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project needs (current average travel is less than 50% annually).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- US Work Authorization required.

- Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation:Estimated base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 and a total estimated compensation range of $112,000 - $153,400, varying based on skills, experience, and travel requirements.
- Annual Incentive Compensation Program:Eligible to participate, reflecting Huron's pay for performance philosophy.
