Red Team Specialist

Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work

Compensation: $56/hour

Location: Remote; Geography restricted to USA & Europe

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI models for vulnerabilities by conducting jailbreaks prompt injections and misuse cases.
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures classifying vulnerabilities and flagging systemic risks.
• Apply structure by following taxonomies benchmarks and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.
• Document findings reproducibly by producing reports datasets and attack cases for customer action.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Fluent Language Skills Required: Native-level fluency in English & German.
• Prior experience in red teaming AI adversarial work cybersecurity or socio-technical probing.
• Strong communication skills to explain risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with Adversarial ML techniques such as jailbreak datasets prompt injection RLHF/DPO attacks and model extraction.
• Background in Cybersecurity including penetration testing exploit development and reverse engineering.
• Knowledge of socio-technical risk harassment/disinfo probing and abuse analysis.
