As a Hospitality Server at Buffalo Wild Wings, you are the key player in crafting an exceptional and high-energy dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert, offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials.
• Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, service stations, and surrounding environments.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure correct change is provided.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow.
• Actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members.
