Job Title: Sales Representative (Part-Time / Hybrid)
Pay: $18.00 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonuses
Location: Austin, TX Area (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (25 hours/week)
Work Type: Hybrid (Home Office + 1 day in-person per week in Lakeway, TX)
About the Role:
We are a growing local business looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team part-time. Our services are high-demand and affordable. This is primarily a remote position covering the greater Lake Travis area, requiring only one day a week in our office. No phone cold calling is required; instead, your focus will be on proactively contacting potential clients via Facebook Messenger and responding to incoming inquiries and customer questions to convert chats into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger and chat platforms immediately.
- Find customers on Facebook Marketplace and FB groups across the Lake Travis area.
- Guide potential clients through our simple sales process.
- Aim to hit weekly sales targets (Volume-based sales).
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all messages.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
- Comfortable using Social Media chats for business.
- Reliable transportation to the Lakeway (for the one weekly office day).
- Self-motivated to hit weekly goals while working remotely.
- Disciplined to manage time effectively from home.
Compensation Structure:
We offer a stable hourly wage plus generous weekly bonuses for hitting volume targets:
- Base Pay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Weekly Performance Bonuses: Available based on sales volume.
- Total potential weekly earnings: Competitive part-time income with bonus potential.
