Entry Level Outside Sales Rep

Position Overview

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you’ll work within a defined geographic territory targeting small businesses (1–49 employees) by identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more. You will build relationships, set appointments, and close business using industry-leading sales training and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Grow the business by independently and collaboratively closing sales to win new clients.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing targeted sales strategies.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and across the ADP family.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Required Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the confidence to cold call.
• Agile Solution Seeker who adapts and problem-solves in a dynamic environment.
• Continuous Learner committed to growing and refining skills and strategies.
• Relevant experience via 1–2 years in sales, business development, or comparable industries, or equivalent military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
• Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
