About the Role

We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in social media advertising to lead and execute performance-driven campaigns across multiple client accounts.

This is a hybrid strategic + executional role for someone who can own the full lifecycle of paid media, from planning and strategy through hands-on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and client communication.

Agency experience and a background in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands are a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop monthly paid media strategies aligned with each client’s goals (awareness, engagement, conversion, etc.)
  • Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads (as needed)
  • Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including:
    • Audience targeting
    • Budget allocation
    • Creative testing frameworks
    • Conversion tracking
  • Actively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Create customized monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights, storytelling, and actionable recommendations
  • Present performance updates and insights directly to agency clients, serving as a key point of contact for paid media
  • Conduct A/B testing across creative, copy, and audience segments
  • Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to refine campaign direction
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

What You Bring:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • Proven track record managing multi-client or multi-campaign environments
  • Strong experience with:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • TikTok Ads Manager
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager (preferred)
  • Experience building client-ready reports and presenting performance insights
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
  • Ability to both set strategy and execute hands-on
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, with strong communication skills
  • Agency or contractor experience is a plus
