Position Overview

Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 pm
Compensation: $19.50 to $24.50 per hour

Kurt Manufacturing is adding a dedicated Customer Service Representative to our team. This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between the company and our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience responding to customer requests verbally and in writing, will bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to meeting customer's needs, and will be detail oriented with the ability to complete data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer requests, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships through verbal and written communication while answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Prepare reports as directed; examples include service logs, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, and billings.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders to both customers and technicians.
• Create, maintain, and update required databases and customer files ensuring that data remains accurate and current.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing required documents and maintaining records.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience Required: 3 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: 2-year degree or higher
• Experience Required: 6 years of related experience
