Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Position Overview

About Reacher: We're the #1 TikTok Shop partner helping brands like Under Armour, Hanes, HeyDude, and Logitech scale their affiliate marketing. We've crossed 7 figures in ARR and are raising a seed round to double our team this year. Our vision is to become the Hubspot for creator marketing, powering brands and creators to connect and grow across platforms such as YouTube Shopping, Instagram Shopping, Shopify, and Amazon. Personally, I find the space exciting as we implement AI for the creator economy with some of the largest brands and creators in the world. Your work will directly impact users from day one with a highly responsive user base that depends on our product daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead product features end-to-end: research, design, implement, test, and ship.
• Talk directly to customers and translate vague requirements into polished experiences.
• Design scalable backend systems (we use Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP).
• Build responsive, delightful UIs (we use React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering processes.
• Work with a high sense of urgency – we ship fast and learn fast.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment (SDE-2 level ownership expected).
• Comfortable building full-stack features — from schema design to frontend polish.
• A passion for the product beyond just writing code.
• Demonstrated ownership of meaningful projects end-to-end (e.g., a product module or an infrastructure refactor).
• Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity with a proven ability to figure things out.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an early-stage startup or as a first hire.
• Experience building internal tooling, dashboards, or systems that scale to thousands of users.
• A keen interest in AI, e-commerce, or automation.
• Personal projects or open-source contributions.
