As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data while leading and supporting projects that align with HR strategies and business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and compile HR metrics and data from multiple sources including Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, and labor statistics.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns with a focus on attrition, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate on planning and creating presentations that showcase data findings to business clients.
- Prepare reports summarizing data results, highlighting key findings, and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Support HR Business Leaders in performance management processes, including merit increases and bonuses.
- Provide cross-functional support for talent planning and engagement survey reviews.
- Engage in ad hoc projects across various HR areas, including Total Rewards and Talent Management.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for enhanced data analysis, automated reporting, and strategic HR insights.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related fields such as employee relations, HR reporting, recruitment, or employee benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables).
- Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Adeptness at learning and using HRIS tools (Workday preferred) and other employee management software.
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts is a plus.

- Compensation: $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year (determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education).
