Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience or demonstrated ability in programming (Java, Python, etc.) with an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on project work showcasing core technical skills such as Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, REST APIs, or, for data roles, Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, or Time Series Analysis.
• Additional hands-on experience with real-world client projects.
