Job Description
Position Overview
At Boston Scientific you will harness your full potential by working with a diverse, high-performing team focused on addressing important health industry challenges. The Field Sales Associate (FSA) plays a crucial role in supporting accounts as directed by the Region Sales Manager, working closely with Territory Managers to maintain market share while delivering exceptional service and clinical training throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance key account relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
- Partner closely with Territory Managers, Sales Management, HEMA, and other cross-functional partners to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
- Drive utilization of focused technologies.
- Achieve clinical excellence in respective disease states.
- Develop and implement a proactive service support plan with the Region Manager and team members to maintain market share and enhance customer service quality.
- Assist in on-site and field training workshops as part of professional education activities.
- Recognize opportunities to present Boston Scientific information to boost sales activities in the region.
- Provide timely updates on business plans, competitive conditions, and industry trends to the Regional Manager.
- Manage expense and promotional budgets within established guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive account plans that reflect the overall Urology Division strategy.
- Utilize Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales enablement tools.
- Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports.
- Submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in occasional weekend and evening trade shows or meetings.
- Commit to traveling as necessary for the position (typically 40-50% travel).

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience with proven success.
- Completed sales training program or relevant degree.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must reside in the designated territory.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation:Annualized base ranging from $55,000.00 to $66,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
