Join us as a forward-thinking, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist supporting consumer-facing digital marketing strategies for the Delta® brand to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Brand, Creative Services, Web, Channel, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management – Manage posting, reporting, and daily community management on priority platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) and emerging ones (TikTok, Reddit, etc.) using industry best practices.
- Content Planning – Strategically plan monthly social content aligned with brand priorities and national marketing plans to grow presence and boost engagement and site traffic.
- Campaign Execution – Implement brand campaigns across platforms in a timely manner to meet targeted campaign timing and key brand priorities.
- Asset & UGC Management – Manage and expand the library of user-generated content through requests, approvals, tagging, and performance monitoring.
- Email/CRM Support – Assist in creating branded consumer email communications and customer journeys to drive audience engagement.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for digital channels including social media, paid search, blog, email/CRM, and affiliate marketing, providing actionable insights.
- Blog & SEO Support – Support the execution, optimization, and performance reporting of on-site blog content to improve organic search rankings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Brand, Product, Web, Creative Services, Customer Excellence, and Channel teams on digital marketing efforts.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination – Coordinate with digital media agencies, social platforms, affiliate networks, and other vendors to execute campaigns and deliver results.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in social media, email marketing, SEO, paid digital media, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Expertise with social media platforms & tools (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Emplifi, Sprout Social), web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), SEO tools (Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush), and email/CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday, Excel, Google Sheets).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SEM, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or PR/Media, with knowledge of SQL, RegEx, and HTML.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
