Starting as an entry-level Recruiter, you will receive mentorship and comprehensive training through The IG Way – a cutting-edge program designed to accelerate your growth into roles such as Account Manager or Professional Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Recruiter, review resumes from our database and online job boards, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, and negotiate job offers.
- As an Account Manager, build long-term relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, gather job requirements, and collaborate with the Recruiting team to find the perfect candidates.
- As a Professional Recruiter, identify top talent, match candidates with ideal jobs, and provide ongoing career support to ensure a world-class experience.

Benefits & Perks
- COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary ranging from $35,600 to $62,000 annually, plus $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, enjoy a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, and uncapped weekly commission.
- Opportunity to win annual sales contests featuring all-expenses-paid trips (e.g., to the Bahamas), additional LTIPs, and cash bonuses starting from $7,500 to $10,000.
- Average employee earnings demonstrate growth: Year 2: $73,000–$88,000, Year 3: $121,000–$145,000, Year 4: $135,000–$194,000.
