Position Overview

Join CardVault by Tom Brady as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will design digital and print materials—including event flyers, social media graphics, promotional decks, logos, and more—while maintaining and evolving brand aesthetics across multiple stores and states. You will collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to enhance visuals and work closely with marketing and store teams to bring creative visions to life. This is a full-time, office-based role located at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim Bridge. Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including event flyers, social media graphics, promotional decks, and logos.
• Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics across multiple stores and states.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to enhance visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines like a pro.
• Work closely with marketing and store teams to bring creative visions to life.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct graphic design experience (bonus points if it’s in sports or retail).
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
• Must submit a portfolio that wows—we want to see your best work!
• Ability to adapt to different styles and brands while keeping designs fresh.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Proven ability to work well in a creative and collaborative team environment.
• A passion for music, nightlife, and entertainment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or a related field.
