Social Media / Content Creator - Plastic Surgery

Job Overview

We are looking for full-time Social Media Content Creators to join our in-house marketing team!

• This position is NOT remote and will require traveling to both our Houston and Clear Lake locations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand, culture, and marketing objectives.
• Create consistent, high-quality content for our social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting marketing campaigns.
• Communicate and engage with social media followers, providing relevant and informative information in a professional and timely manner.
• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram Insights to track and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, and suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Assist in writing and editing content for blog posts and website pages.
• Keep up to date on the best marketing practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Perform other job-related duties, as needed or requested.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in social media marketing; Experience working in Aesthetics, Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery, strongly preferred.
• Must have proven experience and skills using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and be proficient in computer software & mobile applications - demonstration and/or examples of work is required.
• Must have a thorough understanding of social media marketing and strategy and the ability to deliver professional and creative content (text, image, and video).
• Must be familiar with offered services and procedures, or have strong passion and desire to learn the industry.
• Must possess high attention and care for detail, and naturally possess strong aesthetic sensibilities.
• Must have knowledge of photography/video editing skills, or the ability to quickly learn.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, and be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to take direction well and work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Must be comfortable with nudity, graphic material, and sensitive information working in an office and surgical setting environment.
• Must be reliable and self-sufficient when working independently or remotely, and actively involved in all virtual team communication; accessible computer and internet access required.
