Software Engineering - Early Career

Position Overview

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking a Software Engineering professional for Tinker Air Force Base, supporting the B2 Program. In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers within the Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW) organization, gaining valuable insights into the critical role that Electronic Warfare and Mission Planning play in modern military operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a team of engineers in the AEW organization.
• Develop and refine software through coding, requirements analysis, unit testing, and documentation review.
• Analyze problem trouble reports during testing and provide written and verbal status updates to the concurrent engineering team.
• Gain valuable insights into Electronic Warfare and Mission Planning operations.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience and/or knowledge of software development, including proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective status updates.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Government security clearance is required.
