Position Overview
1Password is a fast-growing leader in cybersecurity, trusted by over 180,000 businesses for securing digital futures. As an Account Executive, you will manage a territory comprised of target accounts and a book of business with companies of 3001+ employees. You will hunt for new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive growth within the Enterprise sector while upselling into existing accounts using our innovative Extended Access Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your designated territory by acquiring new Enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and effective use of MEDDPPICC.
- Drive new business growth by executing strategic sales plans and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Leverage the Extended Access Management platform to upsell and cross-sell solutions within existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to tailor solutions for client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management.
- Excellent business acumen with executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce with a consistent record of accurately documenting all stages of the sales cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MEDDPPICC sales methodology.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- A demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell in complex, high-value enterprise environments.

- Compensation: Competitive annual base salary (USA: $121,000–$175,000 USD or Canada: $127,000–$184,000 CAD) that is commission-eligible.
