Position Overview
As an experienced Epic Research & Genomics Analyst - Project Delivery Specialist at Deloitte, you will share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Under Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model – tailored for long-term, onsite client service delivery – you will be part of our AI & Engineering team that transforms technology platforms and drives innovation. Recruiting for this role ends on 1/1/2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and complete the build and implementation of end-to-end Epic solutions with the implementation team.
- Work command center shifts to investigate during go-live, document, and resolve break-fix tickets.
- Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete any assigned system maintenance.
- Serve as a Research & Genomics Analyst to support project goals.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors) and project team members, escalating issues as needed.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification in primary Epic assigned application.
- 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics.
- 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel up to 10% based on client and project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospital or clinic operations.
- Additional Epic Certifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Capability to operate independently or with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations.

- Compensation: A wage range of $97,875 - $130,500, determined by skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
