Join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at a rapidly growing digital subscription and e-learning company. In this 100% remote, phone‐free role you will provide professional, text-based customer assistance via live chat. You will assist customers with login issues, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting using company-provided scripts and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to live chat inquiries
  • Assist with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes
  • Use scripted replies and SOPs to ensure consistency
  • Document and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication

Required Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – full training provided
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the Chrome browser
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
  • Strong written English communication skills
