Join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at a rapidly growing digital subscription and e-learning company. In this 100% remote, phone‐free role you will provide professional, text-based customer assistance via live chat. EnjoyCompensation: $25–$35 per hour, paid weeklywith flexible 4–8 hour shifts (15–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to build valuable remote work skills. You will assist customers with login issues, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting using company-provided scripts and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to live chat inquiries
- Assist with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes
- Use scripted replies and SOPs to ensure consistency
- Document and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the Chrome browser
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
