Aerospace Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Aerospace Warehouse Associate needed in Wichita, KS at Elite Staffing Solutions. This role comes with compensation of $16.00–$19.00/hr with a $3.00 Raise After Hire-On and offers multiple shifts, including 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM with a $0.50 shift differential), and 3rd Shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM with a $1.00 shift differential), plus overtime based on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and organize aerospace parts and materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products
• Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain inventory through tracking, labeling, and cycle counts
• Handle parts with care to meet aerospace quality standards
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Support multiple departments based on workload needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
• Background check & drug screen required
