Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Position Overview

Prince Staffing is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our client’s growing team as an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative. In this role, you will represent major telecommunications brands in a retail setting, engaging with customers to share product information, current offers, and create a positive brand experience. You will receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced professionals to develop your sales and marketing skills. Location: Denver, CO. Schedule: Full-time, onsite with some weekends and special events. Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission. Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent well-known telecommunications brands in a retail setting through in-store promotions.
• Engage with customers in person to share product information and current offers.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive brand experience.
• Assist in setting up and coordinating event displays as part of direct sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate product features and benefits confidently to help customers find the best deals.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys interacting with people and working in a team environment.
• Motivated to learn and grow a career in sales and marketing.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
