Job Description
Position Overview
Team Vision Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Executive with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience managing social media and digital marketing programs for travel or real estate industry accounts. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative and management teams to build community engagement, oversee creative assets across social media channels, manage website content via various CMS solutions, and execute innovative email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client social media strategy, create monthly content calendars, and set goals and objectives.
- Maintain client website content for digital marketing initiatives and create landing pages for conversion tracking.
- Curate content by attending community events, client meetings, visiting client locations, taking photos, conducting interviews, and writing engaging content.
- Write, design (or collaborate with the design team), and schedule posts for major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Yelp, and more.
- Oversee the creative team for the graphic design of client e-newsletters, schedule distributions, and provide analytics recaps.
- Engage online by managing social media interactions, handling community comments, and responding to inquiries.
- Identify new opportunities for original social content in line with industry trends.
- Oversee reporting and analyze the performance of social media initiatives including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referral traffic, and conversions.
- Create monthly client social media and digital marketing recap reports.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in social media and/or digital marketing roles.
- Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and current best practices.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with posts and images.
- Proven history of developing and managing strategies and campaigns to grow social media audiences and engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a good sense of storytelling.
- Must work well under pressure both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Candidate must live in Hawaii, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to visit client locations on all islands.
- Flexibility to attend occasional weekend events.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and good judgment.
- Insights into the latest digital trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Adobe Premier.
