The Global Omnichannel Marketing Analyst provides analytics support for MVH’s omnichannel, full-funnel, multi-segment consumer services marketing. Working collaboratively with the Global Omni-Channel Marketing Director, you will convert consumer and category insights into integrated, cross-channel plans that orchestrate execution across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints to drive measurable organic growth. You will partner with Pet Owner Insights, Client Experience, and Operations to consolidate data, develop analytics reporting, and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, both online and offline, to understand their impact on customer behavior.
- Synthesize data from various sources to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards to track and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze audience engagement and customer behavior across channels to improve segmentation, targeting, and content delivery.
- Develop and implement measurement plans, including experimental designs for A/B testing, to inform omnichannel strategy.
- Collaborate with internal MVH teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive, data-driven strategies.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of measurement data, supporting the underlying data infrastructure.
- Work with the Omnichannel Director to define test agendas, run in-market experiments, and A/B tests for incremental impact.
- Utilize performance insights to scale successful tactics and phase out ineffective ones, driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience Required: 6+ years in an omni-channel analytics role, with experience in a consumer services company or advertising agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, analytics platforms, reporting tools, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with a wide range of marketing channels including digital media, social media, email, search, CRM, and offline channels.
- Experience with customer experience measurement tools such as VoC platforms and customer review management software.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively in diverse teams and with external vendors.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of how analytics drives marketing and broader business goals.
