Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between nonprofit organizations and donors.
• Engage with donors across the United States by sharing important updates from our clients about the work they are doing.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience – preference given to telephone fundraising experience.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home free from household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and nonprofit causes we represent.
