Compensation: $100 - $150k base salary
eClerx is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to work across functions and scale our thought leadership, research engine, and content programs within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) community. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of survey analytics, storytelling, and demand-generating content. You’ll help shape how finance leaders think about outsourcing, talent, technology, and the future of modern finance – translating those insights into compelling content and programs that build brand authority and drive revenue momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of primary research, including surveys and executive studies.
- Analyze research findings and translate insights into high-impact deliverables such as reports, infographics, data briefs, and talking points.
- Write and refine various forms of content including blogs, white papers, point-of-view articles, and executive messaging.
- Ensure content is audience-first, SEO-friendly, and aligned with our brand voice and positioning.
- Cultivate relationships with industry associations, analysts, and influencers to strengthen reach and credibility.
- Support PR initiatives by supplying storyline angles, insights, and research narratives.
- Assist with the strategy and execution of events such as CFO Leadership LIVE, webinars, roundtables, and industry conferences.
- Coordinate with internal leaders, partners, and external speakers as needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop content that supports prospecting and funnel engagement.
- Track content engagement, research performance, and program results while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally supporting solutions in Finance, Accounting, outsourcing, SaaS, or related industries.
- Proven experience with survey design, research interpretation, and insights packaging.
- A strong writing portfolio with examples spanning long-form analysis, thought leadership, and short-form digital content.
- Hands-on experience planning or supporting both virtual and in-person events.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid work authorization in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with influencer relations, PR, or media outreach is a plus.
