Roll up your sleeves and lead the way, partnering with other members of the leadership team to support timely follow‐through and execution of company directives and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Create a store environment that embodies our core value of Spreading Good Vibes and process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage client outreach through personalized communication, maintain up-to-date client information including requests and product feedback, and assist in planning and executing in-store events.
- Analyze key business metrics and utilize business tools alongside market-specific insights to drive performance results.
- Oversee cash management by tracking cash procedures (opening and closing registers, bank deposits, change orders, etc.), utilize available resources effectively, and collaborate with the Leadership Team for monthly supply orders.
- Prepare the store and team for monthly assessments and communicate successes and opportunities to the Store Leader.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and register area, reinforce brand standards with strong visual presentation, support floor moves based on seasonal roll-outs, and ensure restocking based on sell-through.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by upholding goals, championing high standards, recognizing team and individual performance, communicating effectively, and building trust.
- Meet physical requirements: be available during business hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays), bend/reach/stretch for product while lifting at least 40 lbs, and be comfortable climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct to consumer retail brands preferred or a proven record of effectiveness in an internal role for a minimum of 6 months.
- Omnichannel awareness and the ability to lead a team in providing a seamless customer experience across retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
- Adeptness with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office, in addition to familiarity with industry-related blogs and feeds.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across a multitude of channels.
- Demonstrated ability to support a leadership team with coaching and development initiatives.
- A proven track record of personal success within a retail business, reflected in consistently outpacing individual and team sales and performance goals.
- Passion for contributing to a brand with purpose and advocating through business practices.
