altRx is a fast-growing telehealth company focused on personalized weight loss solutions using GLP-1 medications. We operate multiple consumer brands and partner with top affiliates across paid media, influencer, and performance marketing channels.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to own and scale our affiliate channel end-to-end.
Role Overview
The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliates across our telehealth weight loss brands.
This role owns performance through Everflow and serves as the primary driver of affiliate growth, optimization, and reporting.
This is a senior, revenue-impacting position requiring deep industry knowledge and strong relationships in the affiliate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities and KPI’s
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (ex: 5–10 core producing affiliates in first quarter)
- Leverage existing affiliate relationships and networks
- Manage affiliate tracking and reporting within Everflow
- Defined payout tiers based on volume and quality
- Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and performance
- Drive MoM affiliate revenue showing consistent growth
- Analyze KPIs including CVR, EPC, CPA, and LTV
- Identify and scale top-performing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams on funnel optimization
- Manage multiple brands and offers simultaneously
- Attend affiliate conferences and industry events
- Provide weekly performance reporting and insights
Required Experience
- 3–6+ years of affiliate management experience
- Direct experience in telehealth, weight loss, or nutraceuticals
- Strong working knowledge of Everflow
- Proven ability to recruit and scale affiliates
- Understanding of paid media economics and funnels
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing Rolodex of active affiliates
- Experience managing $100k+/week in affiliate spend
- Familiarity with GLP-1 offers (Semaglutide / Tirzepatide)
- Experience running multiple brands or offers
- Prior work with CPA or hybrid payout structures
