Position Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Rep II – Houston, Texas.Location: 601 Travis St. Houston, TX 77002. This position is not a work‐from‐home role.
You will participate in a comprehensive, paid training program lasting 3 weeks, held Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an anticipated start date of March 9th, 2025.
Following training, full‐time employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Handles situations that may require adaptation of response.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and educate on energy consumption.
- Record and process commitments on customer accounts as appropriate.
- Assist customers with online account and mobile app requests.
- Meet performance metrics and schedule adherence requirements daily.
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Grad / GED
- Experience Required: 1+ years
