Position Overview
Aversan inc., a rapidly expanding company specializing in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Support professional to join our team in the United States (Remote). In this role, you will provide prompt and efficient online customer support via live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and help maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response and resolution times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with live chat systems and CRM software
- Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively
- High level of empathy and patience to handle challenging customer situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
