Compensation: $86,000.00 - $139,500.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance for customer deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Create and execute technical implementation plans—including onboarding, training sessions, check-ins, technical guidance, and security analysis.
- Stay informed about Xpanse features and updates, and coach customers on operational and technical integration of the tool into their workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Account Health Management, and Sales to maximize customer value and product adoption.
- Act as the customer's chief advocate by managing technical issues and escalating concerns to secure timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, consulting, project management, or relationship management.
- Understanding of attack surface management and related concepts including IP, DNS, certificates, CVEs, services, and network ports/protocols.
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, and/or networking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intellectually curious and quick to learn new technical topics.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and data from multiple perspectives.
- Familiarity with SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and/or EDR is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or former Department of Defense or other United States Government security clearance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
