Position Overview

Hyatt Regency San Antonio is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to greet visitors, employees, and applicants, manage incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, coordinate employee relations events, maintain the office environment, and support benefit issues and new hire processes. This role is based in San Antonio, Texas, and offers a challenging yet rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors, employees, and applicants in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and walk-in inquiries.
  • Coordinate special projects and employee relations events.
  • Maintain the office environment and perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist with general benefit issues and support new hire processes.

Required Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak and write in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent related work experience.
