Humana's Care Marketing team is building a best-in-class Customer Engagement Marketing practice. We seek a Lead, Engagement Marketing leader who will develop market-resonating value propositions; position new care models, products, and experiences; and create behavior-driving messaging and marketing campaigns.

The Lead will work closely with multiple internal business partners to achieve aggressive adoption of new and existing clinical products, services, and experiences.

Responsibilities

As Lead, Product Marketer, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of customer marketing strategies that support the Clinical Product Organization and Humana Neighborhood Centers team's overall objectives with a clear focus on product marketing
  • Develop go-to-market plan recommendations. Partner with marketing colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams to guide campaign execution
  • Drive the development of product marketing deliverables, including:
    • Customer segmentation (attitudinal/belief/motivation/needs-based segment targets)
    • Value proposition
    • Product positioning
    • Customer benefits
    • Messaging strategy
  • Develop audience insights, strategies, and recommendations by synthesizing advanced analytical tools, customer/consumer research, and in-market testing
  • Lead adoption and application of audience insights by deeply embedding in the Line of Business
  • Provide thought and change leadership in the implementation of audience first strategies and transformative marketing initiatives
  • Translate complex care products and experiences into simple, creative, and impactful product communications that connect with and motivate behavioral change among key target audiences
  • Establish and track key performance indicators and consistently report outcomes to key stakeholders
  • Develop a working knowledge of the company, its products, and the healthcare industry

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years marketing strategy and product marketing and insight development
  • Deep empathy for the customer and ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications
  • Persuasive story teller who has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with various leaders
  • Expert knowledge and use of strategic marketing frameworks
  • Ability to use consumer research, in-market results, and other data to identify actionable insights and translate those insights into winning marketing strategies
  • Strategically oriented, resourceful, influential, critical thinker
  • Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong bias for results
  • High energy problem solver
  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Agile working model experience
  • Healthcare marketing background
