Compensation: $16 - $19 / hour Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Create a marketing plan with your Operator and plan in-restaurant events using available tools and resources.
- Leverage social media by publishing pre-approved posts and engaging with customers across platforms.
- Ensure the restaurant remains on brand through updated point-of-purchase displays and custom materials.
- Communicate upcoming events, seasonal changes, and new rollouts to leadership and staff.
- Participate in sampling of classic, seasonal, and new menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Form a giving strategy with your Operator for donation requests and community involvement.
- Ensure the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is regularly present in the community.
- Implement school programs and plan community food distributions and events.
- Identify catering opportunities, secure agreements, and ensure a remarkable guest experience.
- Add value to catered events with additional offerings such as mascot appearances and branded decorations.
- Create and manage a database of catering customers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High School or GED diploma preferred.
