Position Overview

Compensation: $16 - $19 / hour Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Create a marketing plan with your Operator and plan in-restaurant events using available tools and resources.
  • Leverage social media by publishing pre-approved posts and engaging with customers across platforms.
  • Ensure the restaurant remains on brand through updated point-of-purchase displays and custom materials.
  • Communicate upcoming events, seasonal changes, and new rollouts to leadership and staff.
  • Participate in sampling of classic, seasonal, and new menu items to enhance customer experience.
  • Form a giving strategy with your Operator for donation requests and community involvement.
  • Ensure the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is regularly present in the community.
  • Implement school programs and plan community food distributions and events.
  • Identify catering opportunities, secure agreements, and ensure a remarkable guest experience.
  • Add value to catered events with additional offerings such as mascot appearances and branded decorations.
  • Create and manage a database of catering customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High School or GED diploma preferred.
