Position Overview
Under Armour’s Director, AMS Digital Channel Marketing leads development of consumer‐centric digital go‐to‐market strategies across channels including UA.com, UA App, and Amazon. In this role, you will drive digital traffic, conversion, and brand affinity through integrated activation plans, ensuring UA products are powerfully positioned to connect with customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, briefing, and integration of content programming across digital selling and marketing channels.
- Serve as the single “source of truth” for digital content strategy, story prioritization, and activation framework.
- Guide the teammate managing Amazon marketing with a bias toward marketplace activation and sales impact.
- Apply a planful, organized, and proactive approach to digital content planning and communication across functions.
- Utilize an opportunistic and curious mindset to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Propose annual budgets and lead process review sessions to drive seasonal improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with typically 12 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with typically 10 years, or approximately 16 years without a degree.
- Typically 6+ years of management experience or equivalent experience as a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with a solutions-focused, organized, and resilient approach.
- Digital-first background with a proven track record of growing digital direct-to-consumer businesses by leveraging market, consumer, and industry insights.
- Strong consumer orientation with the ability to drive preference and loyalty for the UA brand.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive, high-initiative mindset.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
Compensation
Base Compensation: $157,038.60 - $215,928.08 USD. Most new hires fall within this range with the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
