Position Overview

Children’s Minnesota is one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States and the only system in Minnesota dedicated exclusively to the care of children—from before birth through young adulthood. We are currently looking for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist to join our close-knit, 15-member team. In our state-of-the-art facilities, you will work with cutting-edge imaging technology—including a new 3T MRI system, upgraded ultrasound fleet, and a photon counting detector CT scanner—to provide advanced diagnostic services as part of a collaborative and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert pediatric radiology services and interpret a high volume of imaging studies with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including 15 dedicated Pediatric Radiologists, to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art imaging equipment and technology to diagnose and manage a diverse range of pediatric cases.
  • Uphold clinical excellence, safety standards, and best practices in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Radiology or AOBR
  • Completion of a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship
  • Eligibility for Licensure in Minnesota
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for hospitalized children
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medications, side effects, and contraindications
  • In-depth familiarity with legal medical guidelines and best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strict adherence to patient confidentiality
  • A compassionate, approachable, responsible, and trustworthy demeanor
